Eligibility for Return
Returns will only be accepted if all of the following conditions are met:
The product must be in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Any requests beyond this period will not be entertained.
Products marked as "Non-returnable" at the time of purchase cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Proof of damage (photographs or videos) must be submitted for the return to be processed.
Incorrect Product Delivered: In the unlikely event of receiving an incorrect product, we will accept a return request if made within 48 hours of delivery, provided that the product is returned in its original packaging, unused, and in re-sellable condition.
Product Not as Described: If a product significantly differs from the description on our website, you may request a return, subject to review.
Non-Returnable Products
The following categories are strictly non-returnable to maintain product integrity:
Personal hygiene items (e.g., beauty, grooming, and health care products).
Customized or personalized products unless faulty or defective.
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" at the time of purchase.
Return Process
Initiation of Return: You must initiate a return through our website HelloMart.in or by contacting customer service at 7441199199 within the return window. No requests will be entertained after the window has passed.
Return Approval: All return requests are subject to approval based on the proof provided and the condition of the product. Hello Mart reserves the right to reject any return that does not comply with the terms.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for shipping the product back in cases where Hello Mart is unable to arrange a pickup. In the case of a defective or incorrect product, Hello Mart may offer to reimburse reasonable shipping costs, subject to review and approval.
Return Inspection: Upon receipt, all returned products will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure eligibility. If the product fails the inspection (e.g., is used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts), Hello Mart reserves the right to deny the refund or return.
Refund Process
Refunds for Approved Returns: For eligible returns, once the product passes inspection, we will process a refund within 7-14 working days. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment, or in some cases, issued as store credit at Hello Mart's discretion. The credited amount should reflect in the customer's account within 5-7 working days after the refund has been processed, depending on the bank or payment provider.
Refund Deductions: Hello Mart reserves the right to deduct return shipping fees and a restocking fee of up to 20% of the product price for returns that are not the result of a Hello Mart error.
Refunds for COD Orders: For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be issued as store credit unless otherwise agreed upon.
Order Cancellations
Customer-Initiated Cancellation: Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
Cancellation by Hello Mart: Hello Mart reserves the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances, such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.
Limitations of Liability
Hello Mart shall not be liable for:
Any damages arising from the improper use of products.
Delays in return processing due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of Hello Mart.
Products that are damaged due to improper handling by the customer or third-party shipping providers.
