Refer and Earn

Hello Mart Refer & Earn Terms and Conditions Eligibility:

• The Refer & Earn program is available to all Hello Mart users with an active account.

• Referrers must be registered users of Hello Mart.

How to Refer:

• Users can share their unique referral code or referral link with friends, family, or colleagues.

• The referred person must use the referral code/link while signing up and completing their first booking on Hello Mart.

Referral Rewards:

• Both the referrer and the referred user will receive 10% of the first booking amount as reward points.

• For example, if the referred user books a product for ₹10,000, both the referrer and the referred will receive ₹1,000 as reward points.

Successful Referral Criteria:

• A referral is considered successful when the referred user completes their first booking/purchase on Hello Mart.

• Both parties must follow all Hello Mart terms and conditions for the reward to be valid.

Reward Crediting:

• The reward points will be credited to both the referrer’s and the referred user’s Hello Mart accounts within [Specify Timeframe] after the referred user completes their first transaction.

• Reward points can be used for future bookings, purchases on Hello Mart, or redeemed for discounts.

Limitations:

• A user can refer up to [Specify Number] people within a [Time Period].

• Referrals for self-created accounts or fake accounts will result in disqualification from the program.

Fraud and Abuse:

• Hello Mart reserves the right to investigate any suspicious referral activity.

• Any fraudulent or abusive behavior may result in the cancellation of referral rewards and potential account suspension.

Changes to the Program:

• Hello Mart reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer & Earn program at any time without notice.

• Any changes will be communicated via official Hello Mart channels.

General Terms:

• Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• By participating in the Refer & Earn program, users agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
